Kladný: Lokalita blízko letiště a v rozumné vzdálenosti od centra, fén, větrák a klimatizace, hluk z ulice byl slyšet minimálně. Záporný: Plíseň v koupelně, zápach plísně v celém pokoji, hluk brzy ráno způsobený obyvateli domu, extrémně tvrdá postel, velice tmavý pokoj bez oken, koupelna bez jakéhokoliv větrání, neakceptují platební karty, i když to mají uvedeno v popisu zařízení.

Negativa: La cama ,el colchón parecía una tabla muy duro.En el baño se salía el agua por debajo del lavabo .Había telarañas en el techo del baño No hay aire acondicionador pero si ventilador pero como hace ruido lo tienes que apagar porque molesta para dormir.tiene una ventana en la cabecera de la cama que da al pasillo y no tiene ni cortinas aunque no te ven pero entra luz..
