The location of the hotel was perfect. Hotel locations is great and easy access to public transport. Breakfast is served in a pleasant top floor restaurant with great city views. The restaurant on the top floor over looking the park was definitely an added bonus. Staff friendly and helpful. Food they prepared was delicious. The traffic is easy to navigate.

일본호텔이라고 들었습니다. 티비를 키자 일본어가 나와서 당황했지만 시설만큼은 정말 만족합니다. 스플렌도라호텔에서 사기를 당한 후에 급하게 잡게 된 호텔이지만 정말 만족했습니다. 직원분들 정말 친절하고 조식도 꽤 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다만아쉬운건 4일동안 조식을 먹었는데 조식이 너무 비슷해서 물렸습니다. 그런거 빼고 청결이나 서비스는 정말 만족합니다. 여기서 더 하고싶은말은 하노이의 스플렌도라 호텔 가지마세요~ 차라리 더 비싸도 선라인호텔에서 묵는걸 추천합니다.

Excellent hotel not far from the centre of Hanoi. The room is nice, quite and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. You can access free if you dont have vehicle. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Hanoi.

The bathroom was really big. Good views out across Hanoi from the rooftop restaurant. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation. The breakfast buffets were spectacular - there was nothing you had to ask for. We did get our moneys worth as far as rate goes.

日本人の多いﾊｲﾊﾞｰﾁｭｰﾝから徒歩圏で、まあまあ便利な場所です。但し朝夕の通勤時間帯は交通量が多く、タクシーが拾いにくいこともあります。 それほど大きなホテルではないですが、フロントもフレンドリーで非常に居心地はいいです。他の日系ホテルのような大浴場はないですが、日本のテレビも見れ朝食の種類も少ないですが毎日ちょっとずつ変えていておいしいと思います。

おすすめしたいホテルです。朝食バイキングはいいと思いました。何と言っても便利な立地が良いですね。共有の二人部屋が良かった。

比較的近いバス停があります。スタッフの接遇がとても良かった。居心地がいいので、三回目の利用。清掃は十分にされています。

ロケーションが最高に良かったです。部屋の内装が最高でした。朝食バイキングがよかった。出張の際にいつも利用するホテルです。

Good location and a very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic with a nice view over the city.

I stayed here for several days and was so comfortable I really did not want to leave. There was a mistake when setting the room but the staff was so nice to help us change. Good breakfast with international and asian food. You can access free if you dont have vehicle.

Room was good and breakfast is good too. clean room... Hotel car to airport is good and not exepnsive.next time in Hanoi, we will consider to stay too.

ホテル自体とてもキレイで、建てられて間もないと思います。バス停は近いです。部屋はとても清潔で隅々まで行き届いていました。

Im 68 and very hard to please This place ticks all the squares Im happy as a child in a chocolate Shop. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Thomas, the ***ager, does a great job in keeping everything running effectively but always has time to chat and give advice on Hanoi and destinations elsewhere in Vietnam.

いつも利用しています。空港送迎も普通にタクシー乗るより安いです。別段日本人が多いという事ではないですが、日本人専用っていう感じがしない日系ホテルです。
