The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff was amazing. We upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. Additionally their food was very good. The bed may be too firm for some people. The breakfast buffet is very nice.

The hotel room is clean. A ten minute walk will take you to all the major landmarks. The friendly staff greeted us to the city and gave us really great advice on where to eat. The price of the hotel is reasonable. Hoang let me know a lot of about Vietnames culture and nice distinations.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel before starting our big adventure. I guess you get what you pay for. The amenities in the hotel were very good. These are people who enjoy their jobs. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Everyone was very accomodating to my needs.
